The first thing we must remember and acknowledge is that abusive behavior is never OK, and can never be excused away. It wasn't right that you were subjected to abuse. When we acknowledge this with total honesty, free of shame and guilt, we can clear the most direct path to resolution.
The second thing to remember is that generational harm doesn’t come out of nowhere - every abuser has been abused, and there are long lines of trauma that we can trace back thousands of years to the original roots or “seeds” of distortion in your family line.
Many practitioners speak of “cycles of abuse and trauma”, just as abundance teachers might speak of “cycles of poverty” that must be broken. In reality, it’s not so much a “cycle that must be broken” as it is a broken lineage that must be recovered and repaired.
We don’t have to worry about getting stuck or trapped in ongoing cycles when we are committed to revealing the truth of who we really are. We can most easily and quickly access healing by understanding the original source of the abuse and trauma that caused us to lose touch with our lineage in its most whole, accurate form.

We have been told our ancestors were nobody, that they didn’t have any special talents, achievements, or wisdom. That we must live our lives at the mercy of those who seek to limit our potential for prosperity, love, and happiness.
These are terrible lies, and this backwards story must be corrected for justice to be served!
